Power Washing & Pressure Washing in Mid-Michigan

Driveways, siding, decks, concrete — clean, no damage.

We use the right pressure for the surface — 1,200 PSI on siding and soft-wash chemistry for roofs, up to 4,000 PSI for concrete. Wrong pressure splinters wood and etches concrete, so this matters.

Power Washing services we offer

All inclusive — prep, paint, cleanup. Same flat-rate pricing across Mid-Michigan.

House & Siding Wash

Soft-wash with a mildewcide solution that kills algae and mold at the root, then a low-pressure rinse. Vinyl, wood, brick, and stucco all handled.

Driveways & Concrete

Surface-cleaner attachment for even results — no zebra stripes. Removes oil stains, tire marks, mildew, and ground-in dirt.

Decks & Fences

Lower pressure, wood-safe detergent, and the right tip distance to clean without raising the grain. Prep step before staining or painting.

Roof Soft-Washing

Black streaks on shingles are gloeocapsa magma — algae. We treat it chemically (no high pressure on shingles) and the streaks die off and rinse clean over the next few rains.

Frequently asked questions

How much does power washing cost?

Most single-family homes are $250–$500 for a full house wash, $150–$300 for a driveway. We'll give you a flat-rate quote up front — no hourly billing surprises.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?

Not when it's done right. We match pressure and tip to the surface — soft-wash chemistry for roofs and siding, higher pressure only on concrete and brick. We've never damaged a substrate we cleaned.

How often should I power-wash my house?

Every 1–2 years for siding in Mid-Michigan, especially the north and west sides where mildew sets in fastest. Driveways and decks usually need it annually.

Can power washing prep my house for painting?

Yes — and it should. We bundle pre-paint washing into our painting estimates at a discount. Clean substrate is the whole reason exterior paint sticks.
